With extensive financial experience, Vince drives investment and financial initiatives that support the company’s mission to advance renewable energy.

Prior to SE1, Vince held positions across private credit and investment banking groups at Carlyle, Houlihan Lokey, and HSBC in New York.

Manages new business development for SunEnergy1 and oversees all contract negotiation

Prior to joining SE1, Brian initiated, established and developed the solar business for Duke Energy; he was directly responsible for the development of nearly 1 GW of installed capacity, representing over $1Bn of investments

Manages the engineering department with oversight over environmental and the interconnection process

With degrees in physics and engineering, Dustin has expertise in a variety of renewable energy fields and infrastructure projects with specific experience in engineering, design, estimating, planning, construction, and project management

Over 18 years of experience in right of way acquisition, specializing in roadway, water, and power infrastructure projects. His expertise ensures seamless project execution and compliance with regulatory requirements

Heads corporate finance and large-scale equipment procurement

Previously, Kevin served as CEO of Renesola U.S., where he established the business of both module sales and project development in the Americas

While at Southern California Edison, he spearheaded development of a 250 MW solar portfolio
